Where do you ship?

Currently I ship within Canada and America. I also offer local pickups in “Victoria” BC. Please let me know if you are located elsewhere, perhaps we can work something out.

What happens if my piece breaks during shipping?

I do my best to package with extreme care, but accidents do happen. As a small maker, I unfortunately can’t replace all orders. I will provide you with a 25% discount for your next purchase plus free shipping in the super rare case that this occurs.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes absolutely! They’re heavy duty beauties.
